Sesame-Soy Dressing

  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • squeeze of fresh lime juice

  • pinch brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons minced scallions

  • whisk 1/3 cup grapeseed oil

Mix everything together in a jar and shake until emulsified.
