Corn salad

  • 1/2 cup nuts (peants, almonds, pistachios)

  • 6 ears corn

  • Fresh black pepper or red pepper flakes

  • 1 cup herbs (basil, mint, cilantro)

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice or vinegar

  • Parmesan cheese or feta

  • 1/3 cup grapeseed oil

  • Kosher salt

 
  1. Toast nuts until golden. Chop coarsely.

  2. Grill corn in husks until husks are charred

  3. Shuck corn and remove kernels

  4. Toss everything in a large bowl
