Lasagna

  • no boil lasagna noodles

  • 15 oz ricotta cheese

  • 1 jar tomato sauce

  • 1 large egg

  • oregano

  • mushrooms

  • spinach

  • onion

  • garlic

  • mozzarella cheese for topping

  • salt and pepper


  1. Mix ricotta, egg and oregano in a bowl

  2. Saute onion, garlic, mushroom and spinach

  3. Layer lasagna in a rectangular baking dish. (From the bottom- tomato sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, veggie mixture, tomato sauce, noodles, ricotta, veggies, noodles, sauce, mozzarella cheese.)

  4. Bake with a lid on or aluminum foil on top at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove the lid and broil for 15 minutes until cheese is golden on top.

  5. Removed from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
