Tomato Red onion feta salad

• A few large tomatoes, cut into chunks or 1 -2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half

• 1 red onion, diced

• A handful of fresh basil and parsley chopped

• Feta cheese to taste

• Olive oil

• Salt + Pepper

Mix tomatoes, onion and toss with olive oil to coat.

Add feta cheese, salt + pepper to taste.
