Rosemary Lemonade

Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of water, sugar and rosemary sprigs on medium- low, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Do not bring to boil. Take off the heat and allow to cool.

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice , about 5-7 lemons

  • 5 cups cold water

  • Rosemary simple syrup (see recipe above)

  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish

  • Lemon slices for garnish


**optional** Rosemary and Lemon ice cubes
