Pizza Dough

  • 3/4 tsp dry active yeast

  • 1 cup 00 Flour

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Dissolve yeast in water, add oil

  2. Mix flour and salt, add to water mixture.

  3. Knead with hands for a few minutes.

  4. Shape into two balls, place on a flour surface

  5. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 3-4 hours.
