Crab Cakes
1 pound crabmeat
12 ritz crackers, crumbled OR 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp Mayo
1 dab mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 - 2 tablespoons old bay
salt + pepper to taste
Mix crab, egg, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt + pepper and form into cakes.
Roll around in cracker crumbs/ bread crumbs
Fry in a pan until both sides are browned or bake 20-25 minutes at 350
