Crab Cakes

  • 1 pound crabmeat

  • 12 ritz crackers, crumbled OR 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp Mayo

  • 1 dab mustard

  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 - 2 tablespoons old bay

  • salt + pepper to taste

  1. Mix crab, egg, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt + pepper and form into cakes.

  2. Roll around in cracker crumbs/ bread crumbs

  3. Fry in a pan until both sides are browned or bake 20-25 minutes at 350
