Chocolate Pumpkin Pie
1 and 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 and 3/4 cup unsweet pumpkin puree
3 teaspoons arrowroot starch
1 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanila extract
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Mix everything together
Pour into a pie crust- could be frozen, graham cracker or homemade.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
