Fried Artichockes

            Fried Artichockes

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup beer

  • 1 jar artichoke hearts

  • olive oii

  • paprika

.

Mix beer and flour together to make batter. Dip artichoke hearts in batter and fry in hot oil for 1-2 min.

Place on a dry paper towel to cool. Sprinkle with paprika.
